The Crio & Fitness experience combines the benefits of thermal water with the revitalizing power of cryotherapy—a treatment that briefly exposes the body to extremely low temperatures to stimulate metabolism, reduce stress, prevent aging, and support sleep and recovery.
With massages, fitness sessions, nature trails, and relaxing moments at the spa, every element of the stay is designed to restore energy, balance, and vitality for both body and mind.
