The Paths of Thermal Mud
The Paths of Thermal Mud is our new wellness journey designed to help you discover the beneficial properties of the “king of thermal treatments”, reimagined with a contemporary approach.
Your wellness experience begins with a thermal mud wrap, offering draining and detoxifying effects thanks to a blend of thermal mud and plant extracts from ivy, horse chestnut, and fucus.
Next comes the Phyto-Mud body treatment with a hay flower decoction rich in multiple natural active ingredients. Combined with thermal mud and thermal water, the medicinal herbs provide a relaxing, purifying, and detoxifying effect. At the end of the treatment, our therapist will explain the therapeutic properties of the various herbs and recommend the infusion best suited to your needs.
The journey concludes with the energizing boost of cryotherapy, where controlled exposure to extreme cold instantly revitalizes both body and mind through intense metabolic stimulation and increased endorphin production.
