Stay with us whenever you want for one night, to have your sample taken, then when the results are ready, after about one month, you can come back to us for the weekly programme devised exclusively for you by our team of experts in nutrition, exercise, and spa and beauty therapies.

8 Nights divided in:

• 1 Night: a first stay to have your test taken which includes
  buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner (mineral water included)
• 1 Thermal steam bath in the natural grotto 50’
• 1 Wellness 360°treatment 50’
• 1 Epigenetic and nutrigenomic test: Saliva sample to determine the functioning of part of our genetic make-up (macronutrient  metabolism and hunger regulation, vitamin and mineral deficiency, response to environmental stress and free radicals) to see how genes are actually activated by external factors such as environment, lifestyle and especially diet.

A following 7-night stay, when the DNA test results are available, after about 1 month, to carry on your personalized programme.
