The Bar



The Bar at Grotta Giusti offers traditional cocktails as well as personalized "health" drinks prepared with first choice natural products and a wide selection of teas and tisanes. Professionalism, courtesy and an inborn cordiality are all distinguishing points of the young members of our Hotel Bar staff.






Special Events and Evenings:
Personalized cocktails, aperitifs, digestives and wine tasting events where the wines are  matched up with hand made chocolate, training courses for cocktails and helpful advice......




The Head Barman, Francesco Iglio, is the winner of the "John White" Competition, the much sought after international prize which took place in Singapore in 2008.  The cocktail with which he won the prize, "Pink Cinnamon", takes its name from the colour of the cocktail and flavour of cinnamon that embraces all the ingredients.
In November 2004 AIBES organizes a National Competition and he won the "sparkling" category with his "LA RUMBA" cocktail.....
