During the tour, guests will get to see every stage of production, from the cocoa itself to the packaging and the wonderful displays – a plethora of irresistible temptations and treats.

Wine tasting at the Da Vinci winery

While you’re in Vinci, birthplace of the great Leonardo, don’t miss the chance to sample wines made by the winery which shares his name. The Leonardo da Vinci cellars are run by a group of wine-makers who grow most of their grapes on the slopes of the Montalbano, an area with its own micro-climate. As well as the typical Sangiovese variety, they also grow Merlot, Syrah, Canaiolo, Chardonnay and Trebbiano. The Leonardo da Vinci winery makes great classics such as Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino, Santo Ippolito and Vinsanto.
