Chef Gianluca Braglia’s is a passionate and experienced professional, who enjoys creating innovative low-calorie cuisine, using cooking methods that preserve the organoleptic properties of food. He as trained with some of the best cooking masters in the world, such as the French Chef Alain Ducasse, the Spanish Chef Ferran Adrià, and Italian Chefs Gualtiero Marchesi and Sergio Mei. He has worked at 5-star hotels and award winning restaurants in Milan, Florence, Chianti Senese, at Lake Garda, as well as international chains like the Four Seasons. He is constantly updating his craft and taking courses on new trends in vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
